• Copy of passport and packaging list
• Bill of lading/CMR/air waybill (original)
• Authorization/declaration form
• T2L form (original, if applicable)
• Certificate of repatriation
• Owner’s VAT ID number
• EORI application

Documents required for Motor Vehicles

• Vehicle ownership documents
• Title / registration card
• Proof of car insurance
• Driver’s license (Copy)

It is important to know that owner will have to pay for a Greek license plate as well as a luxury tax.

• Veterinarian health certificate
